New NZSOHNS administrator
This week our part time NZSOHNS administrator/secretariat Ilse Decruy, commenced work based at the RACS building in Wellington. Her salary is paid by your subs while Justine Peterson at RACS has kindly assisted with her employment with RACS being her employer of record. Getting to this point has taken a fair bit of work and I am most grateful to Justine for achieving this.
Ilse will start this week familiarising herself with RACS and NZSOHNS processes and personnel, filing of and/or disposing of decades old documents and so on.
You will likely have a chance to meet her at our society meeting in November so please make yourselves known. She will attend various digital and in-person meetings with us in the future, take minutes, remind us of jobs to do and be a first contact person for Society enquiries.
Ilse has provided the following brief introduction:
I am Ilse Decruy, My background has mainly been IT in Belgium and since immigrating to New Zealand in 2011, I have mainly worked in the private health sector in administration and accounts. I am looking forward to this new chapter where I can grow the position of secretariat and be of service to the Society.
